2. Appointments & Deposits

  • Appointments can be made online, in person, or by phone.

  • Deposits are required to secure bookings and are non-refundable.

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us with at least 48 hours’ notice to apply your deposit toward a future appointment.

  • Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in forfeiting your deposit.

3. Health & Safety

  • You must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo at Golden Koi Tattoos. For clients between 16 and 17 years old, parental or legal guardian consent and a valid government-issued photo ID for both the parent and the minor are required. 

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and disclosing any medical conditions or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.

  • We follow strict hygiene and sterilization standards to ensure client safety.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • Final cost of a tattoo may vary depending on size, complexity, and time required.

  • We do not provide refunds on completed tattoos.

  • Refunds on deposits or services are only given if required by law.

5. Waivers & Consent

  • All clients must complete and sign a waiver form before receiving a tattoo.

  • By signing, you acknowledge the risks associated with tattooing and agree that Golden Koi Tattoos Inc. and its artists are not liable for complications or dissatisfaction after the procedure.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Golden Koi Tattoos Inc. makes every effort to provide safe and professional services.

  • However, we are not liable for:

    • Adverse skin reactions or complications related to personal health conditions

    • Improper aftercare outside of our instructions

    • Any damages resulting from your use of this website or third-party links

7. Third-Party Services
